Sep 6, 2021 · The starter was replaced to to my surprise it still doesn't even want to crank. Alt and batt were replaced together less than a year ago. battery sits at 12.6 volts. When the key is in the run position I can hear and feel a loud clicking from the ASD relay. Swapped it out and the new one clicks the same and it doesn't want to even try and start.

If it's been done, look for the relay that is externally wired and it should be forward of the box, just aft of the right headlight on the frame. Edit: NVM Im thinking of fuel pump relay, sorry. Feb 26, 2020 · Seems crazy or there just wasn't enough room in the well under the passenger seat for the two batteries with the H7 that came in the '11-15 V6. Heck I plan to go in the other direction and switch to the bigger H8 out of the JGC with the 3.0L Eco Diesel in my '14 V6. I already have the required smaller mount bracket to fit the H8 battery. Crank n crank but no start 2017 3.6. So I've narrowed it down to the fuel pump is not priming when ignition is turned on. When I dropped the tank I decided to turn on ignition and the damn pump kicked on. I replaced the pump anyways since I was halfway into it. Ran and started good for a week n same issue returns.

You will want to get that out of there asap. It will cause erratic heater operation as you have found, but can also lead to engine overheating and expensive damage.
