You can unassign order for any reason, but you can't cancel order yourself without calling support and explain to them. My completion rate is 98%, and this company still throw me off the edge. Unless you unassign, then dash away with the order, I see no reason to purge someone for fraudulent activities. They can't even gave me explaination for it.
