Jun 10, 2022 · The Lich mythic path is very strong, it's just that the actual Lich transformation late in the game feels very bad. You strive towards the transformation throughout the whole game and then, in the end, this big moment just makes you lose character power. The Lich path culminates in you becoming a Lich, so refusing kind of puts a damper on that. Still, even if you accept being a Lich, the game doesn't stop you from making good choices. In the very next scene after your transformation you get a chance to make a Good choice, so clearly the devs consider it to be plausible.
