I went to the Hanging Dog Ranch and Fort Mercer and tried using rifles and pistols to complete it, I can consistently get more than 3 dissarms in a row without reloading, swapping or killing an enemy (using dead eye, idk if that matters) and yet it just doesn't let me advance to sharpshooter 9.
