2014 CHEVROLET SONIC LTZ, 1.4L. here is the problem. Heater wasn't putting out hot air and daughter reported engine overheating message while driving home. Coolant level was good. Assuming thermostat I replaced it to no avail. Then I discovered that the radiator fans running full blast with heater temperature erratic.
