Absolutely! I used Archer 1month before my exam. When I first used Archer, I was shocked because when I read the questions I know the content but when I read the options, it is so tricky. I haven't used it but my friend used Archer exclusively and she had 4 consecutive very high on the assessments 1-2 weeks before her exam and then she passed in 75! She said that 4 consecutive highs or very highs means you're ready! I took my 1st nclex and studied solely UWorld and I can confidently it was night and day difference that they were nothing alike. Right now, to me, they look like a good baseline to improve from. I'd say practice more and get consistent H to VH. I know it's difficult to shake off self doubt for the NCLEX, but scoring consistent H to VH on the Archer assessment will definitely build confidence in your chances of passing the NCLEX.
