I dual wield it with a Blood Godskin Peeler (111 bleed). With Rotten Winged Sword Insignia and Lord of Blood's Exultation it seems to do pretty well. So the bleed build-up and overall damage of your Elenora's Poleblade is subpar period. As for your incantations, scale them down. There's no way you're using them all in a fight. Also, Death Lightning is pretty worthless in PvE. My Critique: Your build is 4/10.
