Right now I’m leaning towards the Franchi because of the cerakote and the fact that it can take 3 1/2 shells (I know they aren’t necessary but I like the option) but I’m still very torn. The franchi is the 3 inch less fancy version of the benelli. Benelli sbe2 will shoot 3.5 inch ao if you want to shoot those go with the benelli. I'm personally a super black eagle fan boy so if you have the money I'd recommend that. But in all honesty they're both great guns that run on the same inertia operating system.

The Franchi is similar to the M2 but not the same. Like I didn't buy a different model Benelli, similar but not the same as the M2. Preference for one over the other nothing more.
