For p/s I read the 80 pg doc straight through in week and a half. Then, I started Jacksparrow anki and referred to 300 pg doc for cards I didn't understand. KA videos are gold standard imo. I felt the 300pg doc didn't go into adequate detail in some areas. Apparently that's herasy to say though. Im doing the OCD PS notes because i only have about 4 days left. I would say if you have time and you work better when given examples, 300 pg notes would be better for you. But if you are good with just knowing definitions and some examples (not all the words have examples), then the 100 pg would be more your style.
