Went to the new Maple Street Biscuit Company for lunch on a Friday. I was impressed for a chain. I hope it stays at this level of service and food quality for the long haul. People were friendly and restaurant was clean, even being busy. The food was very good. I got the chicken and waffles. Chicken was crunchy and all of the food was hot.

I went to the Maple Street Biscuit Company for the second time this morning, well actually, around lunch time. I got their biscuit with 2 eggs and sausage gravy this time around.
