Hoslow's is better in every single way. besides weight class, which you shouldn't have a hard time overcoming. HOWEVER, the damage that Hoslow's does isn't very much higher than Thorns on most builds you could possibly make, so if you don't mind 5 less bleed on an Occult build, and think that it goes better with you're Elden Bling, go for it.
