Yeah, I have AT&T fiber and my issues started the previous sunday night (may 14th). One thing I've noticed is lag is not bad, or non-existent sometimes, in the mornings, once noon hits it gets a bit worse, and by evening I'm getting 1-5 second lag spikes when trying to run instanced content (dungeons, etc).
