I have a stock 5.3, with stock manifolds. I used about 4" of the OE exhaust off the manifold, for the flanges and O2 bungs. The rest is 2.5 pipe, curved pieces from the scrap bin at an exhaust shop, off a 2010 Camaro. The straight sections are from the parts store. Two Dynomax race bullets. 2. Location. Ft. Ls1truck.com and lt1swap.com is where I got my info from. Dirty Dingo slider mounts for about $100 is the way to go. LS motor and any trans will bolt together and drop in with no welding. And on coolant temp you can add a stock range sensor to pass side of ls or you can change the ls temp sensor for the f body 3 wire but it gauge is off 10ish degrees.

For the Ls harness just google Ls standalone harness, for the truck, you can just bundle up the wiring for the engine sensors and controls, or carefully trim out the stuff you don't need.
