The seam itself looks fine. They do do seam repairs but this isn't a seam issue from what I can see on the photo. There's a hole in the body that looks cut or sliced, pretty clean. That's not a structure flaw or manufacture defect and I don't know if they can repair big holes but you can try asking for a repair or do it yourself.I can only speak for our store, but the only holes we fix are the ones along the seam. If the hole is nowhere near the seam, we won't touch it. You can try patching it yourself or through a tailor. This ^ ! My store, too.
