My oculus is glitching.

Hey, everyone. I recently purchased an oculus quest 2 and a link cable. I’ve noticed some weird graphical glitches (I can best describe them as jumps?) when using the link cable for pc vr games. I have previously owned an htc vive and never had this issue when playing the same pc vr games on the same pc. Is my cable busted?Seems like quite an intense room. I was getting around 15 FPS that slowly was dropping over time. The screen would then start to glitch out and stutter overtime, often becoming much worse if I tried to enter the oculus menu.
