Dinos levels are 1-30 then multiplied by the difficulty setting (default 5) and then multiplied by the difficulty offset (this goes 0 to 1 but most servers have this set to 1) So by default dinos levels go, 5,10,15,20 etc to 150. But if you have a difficulty setting 20 they would go. 20, 40,60 etc all the way to 600.That's what I said in the second paragraph lol. The new one is a command line option far as I know, so if that's whay the OP wants then yeah, that would be where to put it.
