If you do 9 hours of upt and one of pto a day you're golden. No. You can in a way. 3 no call, no shows could get you fired even if you have 30+ hours of UPT. Outside of that, no it won't get you fired but as someone said you'll be deprived of the better indirect jobs like Problem Solve if you're not reliable.Others go negative 1 (prior to the upt change) and get canned. It really depends. I've gone negative like 8 times, most were covered with pto by me with the atoz app, but I've been written up twice for the times I couldn't cover it.
